Refund policy
30-Day Ritual Guarantee
We want you to love your ritual. If this is your first Mindara order and it isn't right for you, email support@mymindara.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll refund the full amount you paid for that order to your original payment method. No need to send opened products back.
- One guarantee refund per customer (and per household or shipping address).
- It covers your first order placed at mymindara.com, including ritual sets and products bought at a discount.
- For a subscription, the guarantee covers your first shipment. You can cancel future shipments at any time before they're processed.
- We may decline claims that show a pattern of misuse, such as repeated claims under different names or emails.
Returns of unopened products (any order)
Outside the guarantee, you can return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email support@mymindara.com to start a return and we'll send you instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-refundable items
Gift cards can't be refunded. Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $60. If you paid for shipping on an order outside the guarantee, that shipping cost isn't refundable.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, we can refund an eligible return and you can place a new order, or we can issue store credit.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items returned under this right must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we approve a refund, we process it within 5 business days to your original payment method (or as store credit, if you prefer). Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it. If you haven't seen your refund 10 business days after approval, email us at support@mymindara.com.
